We recently held our final tasting before our launch.  Burke Beverage, a distributor out of McCook, IL was kind enough to host.  Thanks to all who helped with the event and attended.

In the 90′s, the craft beer drinker was a white male, aged 35.  How boring is that?  We’ve finally recruited girls.

I’m getting ready to move, and on a whim I decided to find all the beer I have squirreled away in various areas of my apartment and assemble it on my kitchen table.  The end result is what I’d like to think of as an impressive and possibly scary display of bombers.  I guess if I’m going to hoard something it may as well be beer.  If someday I die when it all comes crushing down, I’m sure my obituary will state “there are worse ways to go.”
